Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vokast (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Vokast is a done-for-you content service. We handle scripting, AI avatar selection, video production, and platform-ready formatting based on the messages and materials you provide. Deliverables are produced on the cadence described in your plan.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Plans, Billing & Renewals

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Prices may change with notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

5. Your Content & Our Deliverables

You retain ownership of the materials, messages, brand assets, and talking points you provide (“Your Content”). You grant Vokast a license to use Your Content solely to produce your videos. Once a deliverable is paid for and delivered, you own the right to publish and use that finished video for your business.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates a real person without authorization. We may decline or remove requests that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vokast name, logo, website, software, and underlying production methods remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our brand or technology to you.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these terms. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific views, engagement, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vokast’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
